For twenty five years, J.M. Coull has offered complete construction management and design/build solutions to clients from a wide range of industries.

Over the years our company has expanded, along with the number of customers we serve. But one thing hasn’t changed – our commitment to our Core Values : integrity, unrelenting improvement, being solution-driven, and empathy.

Customer Satisfaction
At JMC, we work interactively with each customer from the onset of their project to fully understand the overall goals of all stakeholders. We then work aggressively to achieve those goals, regularly communicating the status of each to eliminate unwanted surprises. This has translated into a significant portion of our revenues being derived from repeat business.

Safety
In construction, each day, each hour, each minute brings new safety challenges and split-second decisions. JMC empowers our project personnel to fully implement our award-winning Safety Program on every project we undertake. By providing professional safety and occupational training and measuring the results with independent, third party jobsite safety inspections, JMC "lives" its goal of zero safety incidents in our projects.

Quality
At JMC, we have instituted systems and procedures to ensure that attention is paid to every detail of the pre-construction and construction process, translating into repeatable quality from project to project and customer to customer. This commitment to quality has earned JM Coull the status of Accredited Quality Contractor from the Associated Builders and Contractors, one of the nation's largest construction trade associations.
