Nashawtuc Country Club
Country Club Expansion and Renovation
Total Square Feet: 10,000 s/f

Project Description: Phase one consisted of the construction of a new two story wood-framed building to house an expanded Golf Pro Shop, second floor office and conference facilities. Substantial landscaping, including stone walls and plantings. Phase two consisted of extensive renovations to the existing clubhouse including new locker facilities, new toilet and shower facilities, and a new Grille Room. A new front entrance was constructed with a drive-through canopy supported by stone pillars, a stone archway, elaborate granite steps, lighting and entry doors.

Project Features: Fast-track renovation at the club took place while the club was in operation and was completed on schedule prior to PGA golf tournament.
