Project Description:
The project consisted of the renovation of an existing 25,000 s/f two-story office shell to house new conference rooms, training labs, administrative offices and a 200 person-training center. Attached to this building we constructed a 21,400 s/f high bay warehouse to serve as a plumbing fixture distribution center complete with a 4,000 s/f showroom & design center complete with operable tubs, sinks, and bathroom fixtures.
Project Features: 21,400 s/f of embedded in-floor hydronic radiant heating system for the warehouse.
Embedded in-slab hydronic snow melt system for warehouse sidewalks and
loading dock areas.
The exterior skin of the building consisted of an insulated metal sandwich panel
with an applied EIFS cornice detail.
Extensive ledge removal required to install foundation system. |
