Project Description: The new construction of a fifteen unit apartment complex consisting of three separate buildings housing low income units, as well as market value priced units complete with front and back porches, natural wood finishes, and many high-end amenities. The Residences are situated with each unit overlooking acres of scenic Westford countryside. This project was awarded an energy star certification, meaning the complex was built to conserve electricity and natural gas resources to keep utility costs down for the residents.
