Project Description: J.M. Coull completely gutted and renovated a pool house, adding a valuable new concrete pool deck space, and built a new snack bar. As the country club was in operation during construction, J.M. Coull paid careful attention to maintaining a clean and safe work site. Working through the winter, J.M. Coull also erected a new paddle tennis hut approximately 50 feet from an existing hut, all while ensuring safe passageway of players to the hut in use and respecting the ongoing games taking place throughout the construction project.
