New Corporate Headquarters & Manufacturing Facility

Project Description: New construction of a three-story light manufacturing building and corporate headquarters for the development of Mass Spectrometers used in the life sciences industries. Manufacturing spaces include laboratory support spaces and 1,500 s/f of ISO 8 (100,000) cleanroom for production. Ancillary spaces include a two-story parts delivery system, tiered conference center, computer training rooms and an 8,000 s/f atrium product demonstration laboratory.
