Project Description: This project involved the demolition of the existing 7-story abandoned former Lincoln Foods Mill in downtown Lawrence, Mass, and the new construction of a 62,000 s/f LEED Silver building to house the US Citizenship & Immigration Services’ Lawrence office, the second facility of its kind in the state. The facility, built with federal blast mitigation standards, is comprised of 35,000 s/f of office space, a naturalization ceremony room, and waiting and consultation areas. The building also includes a 27,000 s/f underground parking facility.
