“The construction of our new space became, ultimately, very complex, requiring the excavation of a 12-foot pit beneath our existing structure. We continued to occupy the building throughout construction. The project team communicated with our staff and paid close attention to every detail, making sure that we had a safe work environment in which to maintain our normal business."
