About You
You are a project manager who has:
5 to 10 years of commercial, general contracting project management experience in a hard bid, CM, and design-build environment
Experience managing projects in the bio pharma and/or tech markets
Familiarity with design and construction aspects specific to bio pharma and tech project types
BA/BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar required
Computer skills, minimum MS Project, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Knowledge of Procore Project Management Software is a plus
Additionally, it would be desirable if you had:
5 to 10 years of construction field experience
5 to 10 years of construction estimating experience
Strong knowledge of Sage/Timberline
OSHA 30
State of MA Construction Supervisors License
Motivated, self-starter who can work independently as well as in a team environment
Your Impact
As a project manager, you will be responsible for all project aspects, including, but not limited to:
Safety and quality control
Schedule and budget
Open, efficient communication with all parties (clients, end-users, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors)
Financial and administrative matters

The Superintendent's main goal is to coordinate and manage the day to day onsite job functions and ensure safety, quality, and schedule are top priorities to all members of the project team. The Superintendent manages site-based construction operations for assigned projects. He/she shares responsibility with the rest of the project team for the on-time, satisfactory completion of the project and for keeping labor, material, rental, and general conditions costs, other than project management costs, at or under estimate. The Superintendent also manages daily safety, quality, schedule, subcontractor, and onsite client relations
Education/Experience Required:
Four Year College Degree in relation to Construction/Civil/Arch. Engineering
And/or 10+ years of experience in the field as a supervisor of construction
Experience with projects in the Bio Pharma/Life Sciences industry is a plus
Familiarity with design and construction aspects specific to Bio Pharma project types is a plus
Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
OSHA 30 Certified and Trained
Must hold an active Construction Supervisors License with the State of MA
Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
Expert at reading plans & specifications
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve
Strong communication and personal skills
Strong in dispute/conflict resolution skills
Expert in field techniques, scheduling, constructability, and feasibility
