JM Coull provided complete renovation services to Corvia’s existing office, as well as the building’s vacant space adjacent to Corvia. The firm retained 7,200 sf of its previous 11,300 sf footprint, and gave back the remaining square footage to the building owner. The expansion into the adjoining office provides Corvia with a total of 21,500 sf of contiguous cleanroom, lab, and office space. Corvia is an innovator in first-in-class structural heart devices for patients diagnosed with diastolic heart failure.
