“It was with great pleasure that I have just now approved the final invoice for the new 193 Resist Autofill Project successfully completed here in Marlborough by your team. There were many challenges through the course of this project from engineering changes, Dow modifications and some difficult contractor coordination that demanded management skill and technical expertise to overcome on the part of your people. They did so with professionalism and a steadfast focus on the Dow goals. You, your team and JM Coull, Inc. should take pride in knowing that you have, once again, provided Dow (formerly Rohm and Haas, formerly Shipley) with a valued job well done."
