JM Coull completed work on the facility's chemical research and development laboratory, as well as the office and conference areas linked to the existing Charles R. Shipley Laboratories at the Marlborough campus. The project provided the company with much needed additional space for developing its microelectronic, circuit board, and packaging and finishing technologies.
