This design-build project encompassed a high-hazard chemical storage warehouse for products used in semiconductor processing. At the time, the building was constructed for Arch Chemicals and was later acquired by Lonza. A biocides company, Arch specialized in chemistry-based solutions to prevent the growth of harmful microorganisms, focusing in the areas of water treatment, personal care, health and hygiene, industrial preservation and protection, and wood treatment.
