JM Coull was selected by Primetals Technologies to construct its new facility in Sutton, MA as part of the company's relocation plan from its previous, outdated site in Worcester. The new multi-story building includes steel mill equipment manufacturing space, research and development facilities, and office space for engineering and sales operations. Primetals is a leading manufacturer of metal shaping equipment, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi.

- 143,000 sf high-bay (32-ft clear height) open factory with 50-ft x 50-ft
column spacing - Three (3) 400-ft-long bridge crane bays with up to 30-ton crane capacity built into the building steel to completely eliminate space-consuming
