Quanterix selected JMC for the turn-key, fast-track design and construction to consolidate two existing operations into a single, consolidated headquarters for this fast-growing life science company. The design, permitting, and guaranteed pricing was completed under JMC's two-part StartSmart preconstruction process. The building was formerly occupied by EMD Millipore for 20 years and required a nearly total gut and complete interior renovation to build out significant R&D lab, cleanroom, engineering, and technical manufacturing spaces all served with a new pure water system, compressed air, pH neutralization, all new rooftop HVAC and exhaust systems, and major plumbing and electrical re-work.
