Virtual Design and Construction (VDC)

Virtual design and construction (VDC) encompasses a wide range of technology-based tools and processes. At JMC, we have structured our "in-house" VDC Department to take advantage of the benefits these emerging technologies have to offer.

We make it our business to stay on top of existing and developing trends in the digital/virtual realm that can provide a wider array of data throughout the project lifecycle. We partner with Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors and Material/Equipment Suppliers who routinely work with these technologies. This comprehensive approach enables us to provide the maximum value possible to our clients. We evaluate each and every project for opportunities to apply our VDC tools.
